  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Digital/downloadable products.

  • Customized or personalized items.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status.

  • Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for damaged or defective items only.
